About
Career-driven men are often exceptional at prioritizing what their work demands, yet surprisingly inconsistent at giving their health the same attention.
Meetings run late. Deadlines stack up. Family responsibilities fill the evenings. Training becomes inconsistent. Nutrition becomes whatever is convenient. Sleep gets sacrificed.
Over time, the consequences compound.
You need three cups of coffee just to get out of bed. Your waist size matches your age. Brain fog clouds your thinking. You’re exhausted by 3pm. You can't keep up with your kids. Your libido isn't what it used to be.
My work is about helping men reverse that trajectory without making health another full-time job.
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer at Cambridge Athletic Club with a background in Biology and Exercise Science, an MBA, and four years of college football experience.
The cornerstones of my training philosophy are enjoyment and efficiency. You don't need to live in the gym or grin and bear workouts you hate to make progress.
You just need to execute on a few highly efficient training sessions that are built around your goals, preferences, and the realities of your life, so that you'll actually stay consistent long enough to see results.
In all my experience as a Personal Trainer, what I've found is that clients who get the best results account for all aspects of their lifestyles outside of the gym, which maps onto my personal experience.
During college, my own struggles with energy, sexual function, stress, and cardiovascular health led me deep into the scientific literature on men's health and physiology.
I wrote my senior thesis on the causes of male reproductive decline, which led me to found Testosterone Academy: my online coaching program designed to help career driven men revitalize their energy, physique, and performance through natural testosterone optimization.
